Glass and Xivkyn Motifs Bugged

In English the motif recipes for Glass are showing at motif 16 and Xivkyn as motif 17 but when I checked these in French they both show as motif 16.

When using this small bit of lua

In English the names are fine but in French the name for Glass is not translated. And yet the descriptions on the tooltips are all translated, the title is not.

I have not checked these in German.

yet other books that ain't out like yokudan, akaviri (and not mercenary with itemid > glass) are already translated.
seems all ok till crown books (ordered by item id)
(yet standard glass ain't good, but crown glass that comes after is alright)

Some of these motifs are not translated. I'am using german client and have seen some with english parts in the names. Seems to be a forgotten localisation.
