Addons refuse to work

Hi There

Fairly new player, only had ESO a few weeks now, and just today decided to download some addons. I tried downloading a few such as Destinations and SkyShards, and all the files are correctly placed in the addon folder, but when I go ingame to the addon menu the only addon that it says is there is called Lib Addon Menu, which I never downloaded.

Anyone have any insight?

LibAddonMenu is used by the addons you downloaded. So you don't need to worry.

Are you talking about the chat window? If so, that's correct.

To see the addons, you have to go to Options-menu->Settings->Addon Settings

If this does not help, can you post a screenshot?

edit 1: If the addons are listed and checked in Options-menu->Extensions, they are loaded.

I cant find any menu called addon settings. I would be happy to post a screenshot, but Im not sure what of.

First, if you are on NA server, please go in your Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\AddOns folders.

Here you should have few folders : 1 per addon (Skyshards, Destinations..)
If not, you can simply delete all content and restart Minion.
Or download manually addons and unzip them in this folder

for EU server, good path is Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\liveeu\AddOns

hmm. At best 3 screenshots

One with what you mean with "says it is there".
And one of your Settings menu.
And finally one of you "Addons" menu

Are the addons listed in "Add Ons"?

Scratch all that Ladies and Gents.
Issue seems to have resolved itself and the addons are working. regardless, thank you both for your help and advice
