Is EVENT_PVP_KILL_FEED_DEATH being called twice

EVENT_PVP_KILL_FEED_DEATH looks like it is being called twice in a row for the same kill/death if another player in the area is close to the killer and victim.

To test, simply create an addon that registers this new event and run around Cyrodiil, you'll see it called twice in a row for the same event
