[REQUEST] Onscreen Display for the Sorc Summoned Creature's HP

I would love to be able to see my Sorc Summoned Creature's HP Bar on my screen when I have him out.
Is this Addon possible to create?
Would really appreciate it.
Of course it would be nice to be able to move it around the screen to the players liking, and lock it in place, ect.
Perhaps an option to choose what color the HP Bar will be, as well as Toggles for a Numerical Value overlay for the bar.
Perhaps the Name of the Summoned Creature Ability above the bar in small text so it doesn't interfere too much yet it will help distinguish between the Clanfear or the Winged Creature, probably toggle-able in case people just want the Bar and no other text in their way.
