Problems with Essential Housing Tools after last update

Hi,
today i got a new update for Essential Housing Tools. When I logged in there was an error like you have to reinstall EHT because it was not properly installed. Following the advice from the error note, i uninstalled it and reinstalled using minion, but no avail. I did it 2x and i cant use EHT anymore, please advise what is wrong.

The compatibility issue that began today should be resolved with the latest EHT patch (15.8.6). After installing the update, please restart your game. If the issue is still not resolved, please do let us know.
