[outdated] Get quest ID from journal quest index

I'd like to have a function like this:

GetJournalQuestId(number journalQuestIndex)
 - Returns number questId

where questId is the same as used for the GetCompletedQuest****- and shared quest functions.

I don't think this could be used for exploiting since these functions only work in the correct context anyway.
But it could help identifying quests regardless of language/journal.
