Move Chat Window

Does anyone know of an addon that lets you move the chat window? Not just the width or height, but the entire thing? Thanks.

I just published an addon for.
Anyways it stills in beta and i ve to add some functionnalities or remove the event message or improve the clickable zone. x)

For the chat, you need to click the top border (right the notification).
