Searching for app that shows damage given & taken

Hi guys, hope you all enjoyed your weekend.

Guys, I have been searching for a while looking for an addon, that shows
"Damage Taken, Damage Given, EXP Gain" from defeating
mob or found new exploration etcetera. Sorry for giving a crappy description
of the question I'm asking you all.

there is alot of addons like you need

check please Addons - > Categories - > Combat mods

some of them also under -> Graphic UI mods
