Degeneration and Purifying Light timer displays

Hi, I did some testing with these two abilities vs pre-Blackwood. Degeneration now displays a 24s timer in all cases I could easily repeat, except sometimes with Major Sorcery already running from spell pots it will display 12s before going back to 24s.
