Well this happens no matter what version I end up using now. I take it is still a problem with MM. The one reason to have a addon like this is exactly for addons like MM.

This is a good simple addon - does just what it says
If you are sick of closing books or book shelves just to get the Lorebook or "Skill Up"
Well now you don't have to - you can run past a whole aisle of bookshelves and get everything in an instant.

I am assuming that bank manager will act when bank opens, so use fetchdelay as I mentioned. Try a value of say, 500 ms. If it doesn't help, try a higher value.
